京都市内ではそろそろ今年の桜の見ごろもピークを過ぎましたが、

沢山の花々がそこかしこで見ることができるのは春ならではの楽しみですね😌🌷🪻

皆様のお近くの桜はいかがでしょうか？

京都では今年の桜は開花が少し遅く、満開前には雨風の強い日もあり、

すぐに散ってしまうのでは・・・と心配しておりましたが、こちらの杞憂だったようでとても長い間もってくれました✨✨

京都が誇る桜の名所であり、HOTEL ARU KYOTOのすぐ側を流れる高瀬川や鴨川沿いは

連日多くの方が桜を眺めながら過ごしておられました。

時に、「花冷え」という言葉通り、

夕方以降は温かい飲み物が恋しいのではないでしょうか？

ホテルに帰ってきてからも、夕方以降散策に出かけるお供にも、

スタッフのオススメは『さくらジャスミン』です🌸

中国福建省産のジャスミンに、フリーズドライの桜の花がブレンドされており、

自然な甘みと桜の香りが春をより一層感じさせてくれます。

今回は、少し気温も上がり、季節が移ろう中で詠んだ句で締めたいと思います。

Did you go anywhere to see cherry blossoms?

In Kyoto city, the peak viewing period for this year’s cherry blossoms has passed, but it’s still a unique pleasure of spring to see abundant flowers everywhere. 😌🌷🪻

How are the cherry blossoms near you?

This year, cherry blossoms in Kyoto bloomed a bit late, and there were strong rainy and windy days before full bloom. We were worried they would scatter quickly, but it seems our concerns were unfounded, as they lasted for a very long time. ✨✨

Highly acclaimed as one of Kyoto’s cherry blossom spots, the Kamogawa River and Takasegawa River, which flow right by HOTEL ARU KYOTO, have been crowded daily with people enjoying the cherry blossoms.

At times, as the phrase “Hana bie, a return of the cold in spring” suggests, wouldn’t warm drinks be desired in the evening?

Even after returning to the hotel, as a companion for strolls in the evening, we have prepared flavored teas for you to enjoy the springtime atmosphere. 🫖

This corner, which changes with the seasons, has been very popular, and this time, we’ve put extra effort into selecting the finest flavors!!!

Our staff’s recommendation is the ‘Sakura Jasmine’ 🌸, which blends jasmine from Fujian Province, China, with freeze-dried cherry blossoms, offering a natural sweetness and the scent of cherry blossoms that enhances the feeling of spring even more.

Speaking of feeling spring, our hotel staff’s haiku introduced in a previous post received great acclaim. ✨ This time, as temperatures rise a bit and the seasons change, we’d like to conclude with a haiku composed amidst the shifting seasons.
