黄色い新幹線をご存じですか？

 
 
皆様は国内旅行を計画する時、交通手段は何を思い浮かべますか？
 
勿論お住まいの地域にもよりますが、日本が世界に誇る≪新幹線≫を選ぶ方が多いのではないでしょうか🚅
 
東海道、山陽、北陸、九州、東北、北海道・・・

新幹線は日本の経済成長と共に日々私たちの暮らしを豊かにしてくれています😌🗾✨
 
そんな新幹線の中でも、世界で初めての高速鉄道として知られる
東海道新幹線はやはりどこか特別ですよね🗼🗻🌿
 
 
そんな新幹線の安全・安心を支えてくれている『ドクターイエロー』と呼ばれる新幹線をご存じでしょうか？
 
 
新幹線のお医者さん、という別名をもつこちらの黄色い車体は見ることができれば幸せになれるとか🫣‼️
 
なぜならドクターイエローはたったの２編成しか存在せず、レールなどの点検や機器の計測の為、乗客は乗せずに走ります。
東京を出発し博多まで10日に1回しか走らない、とっても珍しい新幹線なのです。

 
運行日は非公開ではありますが、10日に1回ということもあり、ある程度予測はつくそう‼️
ちなみに、こちらの写真は当ホテルの鉄道好きのスタッフが京都駅で撮影しました✌️
 
 
このドクターイエロー、老朽化もあり2027年をめどに引退することが発表されました😭
 
もしタイミングよくドクターイエローを見ることができた方は、

Do you know the yellow Shinkansen?

 
 
When planning a trip to Japan, what kind of transportation do you think of?
 
Of course, it depends on the place you visit, but I think many people choose the Shinkansen, the pride of Japan🚅
 
Tokaido, Sanyo, Hokuriku, Kyushu, Tohoku, Hokkaido…
 
The Shinkansen enriches our lives every day, contributing to Japan’s economic growth.😌🗾✨
 
Among all the Shinkansen lines, the Tokaido Shinkansen, known as the world’s first high-speed rail, holds a special place.🗼🗻🌿
 
Have you heard of the Shinkansen called “Doctor Yellow,” which supports the safety and security of the Shinkansen?
 
 
Nicknamed the “doctor of the Shinkansen,” this yellow train is said to bring happiness if you see it.🫣
 
The train is running without passengers in order to inspect the rails and measure equipment, and there are only two Doctor Yellow cars, making it an extremely rare Shinkansen that only runs once every 10 days from Tokyo to Hakata.
 
Although the operation days are not public, you can somewhat predict it since it runs every ten days! By the way, this photo was taken at Kyoto Station by one of our train-loving staff members✌️
 
Unfortunately, due to aging, it has been announced that Doctor Yellow will retire around 2027.😭
